Refund policy

Ozard subscriptions purchased through Polar are handled under Polar's buyer refund process and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Polar is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases made through Polar checkout. Polar reviews and processes eligible refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

1. Requesting a refund

You can request a refund through any of these routes:

open the receipt or subscription-management link sent by Polar after purchase;
visit Polar buyer support, identify the transaction, and choose the refund option; or
contact bilgi@kantakademi.com if you need help locating your purchase or explaining a product issue.

Refund eligibility, timing, and the payment method used for an approved refund are determined under Polar's current buyer terms and applicable law.

2. Eligibility

A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Polar may consider the purchase date, your location, applicable statutory withdrawal rights, service usage, technical defects, fraud indicators, and other relevant circumstances.

Local consumer-protection laws may give you rights that cannot be waived. Where those rights provide greater protection than this page or Polar's general policy, the mandatory law takes priority.

3. Technical or access problems

If a material technical issue prevents you from accessing the Ozard Premium features you purchased, contact us first so we can investigate and try to restore access. Include your account email, the approximate purchase date, and a description of the problem, but never send full card details or passwords by email.

If we cannot resolve a verified delivery or access problem, Polar may issue a refund in accordance with its policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Cancellation is different from a refund

Cancelling an Ozard subscription prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund is separately approved, cancellation normally leaves your Premium access active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not return the current period's charge.

5. After an approved refund

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time can vary by bank or payment provider. When a subscription payment is refunded or reversed, the related Ozard Premium entitlement may end immediately.

6. Polar's controlling buyer terms

For purchases completed through Polar, review the latest Polar Buyer Terms. Those terms govern the transaction between you and Polar.
