Terms of service

Ozard is a digital study platform that provides tools such as AI-assisted explanations, document and note workflows, quizzes, flashcards, summaries, study podcasts, and related learning features. Features may evolve as we improve the service.

Ozard supports learning but does not replace a teacher, examiner, licensed professional, or your own judgment. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should verify important information before relying on it.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

If you are not legally able to accept these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. You may not use Ozard where doing so would violate applicable law.

Ozard Premium is offered as an automatically renewing weekly or monthly subscription. The current plans and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you confirm payment.

Polar acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases made through the Polar checkout. Polar processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, renewal charges, and subscription payment support. Your subscription renews until cancelled.

You may cancel before the next renewal using the subscription-management link in your receipt, the billing link made available in Ozard, or Polar buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end access before the current paid period expires. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy.

You retain ownership of the notes, documents, recordings, prompts, and other material you submit to Ozard. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the features you ask us to provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and use your content. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorised to share or material that infringes another person's rights.

You must not use Ozard to:

• break the law, facilitate harm, fraud, abuse, or academic misconduct;
• upload malware or interfere with the security or availability of the service;
• access another user's account, data, or private workspace without permission;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or systematically copy the service;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions; or
• use generated content in a way that violates third-party rights.

Ozard, including its software, visual design, branding, and original content, belongs to Kant Labs Eğitim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Ozard for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

We work to keep Ozard available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been materially breached, the service is being abused, payment is invalid, or action is needed to protect users or the platform. You may stop using Ozard at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Ozard is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated here. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, loss caused by unauthorised account use, or services operated by third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a paid subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for Ozard during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction between you and Polar.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an updated effective date means the revised terms apply going forward.
